How can you get a job with the FBI?

A friend told me I would be good working for the FBI. That friend works for US customs. I don't have a college degree, I do have some college credits but not much. That friend told me since I speak two languages that I am fluaent in and they are looking for people that speak that langauge. Also do you have to be a US citizen to work for fbi. whats the requirements? thank you for any help!How can you get a job with the FBI?
