How are you hired to become a government paid espionage agent or assassin?

Besides a sniper for the Army or Marines, what jobs are available and how do you join? The CIA is too lofty to get involved with usually because the waiting list is too long unless you are a MIT graduate or language expert and the FBI are typically glorified police officers. What else is there? How are you hired to become a government paid espionage agent or assassin?
First off, Its not as easy as signing a piece of paper, and Wham! your an assassin. To become a wet work, or sensitive military consult, which is Politically correct term for assassin, You would have to serve in an elite military force, such as the ranger/marines, show exemplary service record, with at least 4 years combat experience. It takes a lot of work, but if you make yourself stand out among the military options will be presented to you.How are you hired to become a government paid espionage agent or assassin?
Well, I heard there is a back door to this line of work. The trick is trying to get an appointment with the man that can open that door. After all, James Bond is pretty busy saving the world and making movies.

Good luck!
You have to know the Clinton's personally. They send you out to one of their other ';friends'; and that friend commits suicide and they you qualify. Bill get you a job in the CIA. Yes it is that easy.
You can find it on Craig's List.
Become a Seal or Marine... excel in all ways... keep your nose clean... if you fit their ';moral ambiguity'; profile... they will come to you.
