I really think if you had first hand knowledge of any of this than you would have been obligated to tell the authorities regardless of the fact that you are holding this info for some type of monetary gain. You could be held liable under the patriot act which would allow you no rights at all. This means no access to a lawyer and the possibility of having your citizenship revoked even if you were born in the US because you could be classified as an unlawful combatant. But I doubt your story because I don't think you would be here on yahoo answers if you had such knowledge.
