A lot of quests about the FBI?

Sorry I didn't include this in the original question but here they are. *I'm doing a report on my dream job*

- I've interviewed some former agents and they have all told me that Phase II testing is a lot more stressful then Phase I as you never really can anticipate if you pass or fail, can you tell what is involved in this test, and why is it so hard to pass?

- What opportunities can the FBI offer a person with the critical skill in engineering (computer). Will they be doing actual field work. I.E. interviewing suspects, and tracking them down...

- There are a lot of media stereotypes about FBI agents. Such as, the whole idea of ';getting the job done, any means necessary'; and having to go undercover many times. How much of this is true?

- What type of gun does a agent carry?

- If an agent is forced to shoot, Mamie, or kill, what is the protocol that must be followed in this event?

- Is the job stressful?

- Can agents tell their spouse about job related information.

- If an agent has failed a drug test after holding a job for a long period of time (2+ years) is it instant termination?

Thanks guys, sorry it's a lot to answer %26gt;.%26lt;

watch the show criminal minds your bound to learn somethingA lot of quests about the FBI?
1. they are trying to decide if you come up to standards and if you are a person that they can trust with a lot of authority.

2. If you become and agent you do everything and anything. computer work, field work, SPOT work whatever.. If you are a staff employee you do the kind of work you were hire for, in your case computer engineering.

3. currently .40 S%26amp;W caliber

4. Well Mamie was President Eisenhower's wife so the Secret Service would handle that if she was not already dead.

Shoot and kill, shoot at, maim are all the same. They are the use of deadly force. The local jurisdiction handles it the way they handle any law enforcement use of deadly force. When they and the local prosecutor are done the FBI does their own investigation. What happens depends on a ton of factors. FBI SA's rarely end up using deadly force.

5. Yes, you can be moved anywhere at any time. You can be on assignment away from home base for long periods of time with no notice. There is constant political and bureaucratic pressures.

6. sometimes, not always. FBI SA';s get top secret clearance. Unless your spouse has the same or higher clearance there is stuff you participate in or see that cannot be talked about.

Most LE no matter what level, do not talk about work much with their spouses. Yu like to keep the bad stuff at work and not bring it home.

7. Yep. You also get a lie box every couple of years or more.
watch criminal minds, im watching it right now
