How could i get in the fbi or nsa?

Well i'm a psychology major and i was wondering if i could get a job in the fbi with that.. i'd change it but i'm to far in to change it i think. i really like the fbi though. How could i get in the fbi or nsa?
Historically the FBI only hired accountants and attorneys. That may have changed.

Contact your campus job placement center and start there. Perhaps the FBI will visit you campus this year and hold a group meeting about careers.

It helps if you background is spotless.

Now here is something else to consider.

When I went to my campus FBI visit I was told this and it was very, very good to know:

On your first duty assignment you CANNOT be assigned to any location:

You were born

Raised

Lived

AND

any place your immediate family was born, raised and lived.

The reasoning here is if your family/friends are involved in illegal acts, then you might be tempted to help them.

So your first job duty assignment could be far away from where you are from, where you go to school, and such.

Think about that.

As for the NSA, I don't see the NSA having much of a need for Psychology majors. The NSA monitors communications and relays the information on to the people who need. At least that is the official story of what it does. NSA is sometimes known as No Such Agency. The NSA is very secret. It is more secret than the CIA and FBI.
